Our kitchen is led by our new Head Chef, Sam Griffiths, who brings with him an established pedigree; Welsh chef of the year 2021, Executive Sous Chef for all F&B at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel and he trained under the watchful eye of Michelin-starred chef Simon Radley. His dishes are classic with a light, fresh touch.
